We are decided that baby girl will be called Sofia but we are undecided if to call her Sofia-Lily or just Sofia with Bethany as the middle name . Wanted to get some opinions.

I voted Sofia Bethany purely because I think the hyphen complicates it (personal opinion of course)

I would honestly go with Sofia Lily, with Lily just as a middle name. It flows a little better than Bethany imo.
