Which Wrap?

I'm not sure if this is the right section to post in but i'm trying to decide which wraps/sling to get.
First off do you get your sling before baby's here?
Second i like the moby wrap style or the peanut shell but OH is paranoid about the pouch style as he's heard babies have died in them.
Can you recommend any types of sling?

Moby wraps or freedom ring slings are good. I have both As long as you make sure baby's body and head is positioned correctly etc theres no risk of them suffocating really.

I love my moby wrap and so does DH and LO! I found a local sling meet, to try out others, meet other babywearers and get advice before I parted with my cash!
