Who else loves Fairytale of New York??

Hey ladies

I can't believe it is so close to Christmas - I started getting the CDs out the other day

Now I lurve the tune Fairytale of New York by The Pogues with Kirsty MacColl and I got to chatting with a mate about how it was never number 1 and the X-Factor track will probably get it again this year as reality tv show releases have most of the decade.

More research showed me that it would have been Kirsty's 50th this year AND its 30 years since she started out so I really really would love to get this tune to UK no. 1. Last year it nearly worked for Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah so my chum and I have started a group to encourage people to buy it and get it that number 1 slot at long last.
