Who is right?

My baby was born on 7/23. I'm counting 8 weeks from that as 9/23 where 8 weeks = 2 months. My workplace is counting it as 9/16. Who is right?

A month is not exactly four weeks. Four weeks is only 28 days. I would say that on 9/17, your baby was 8 weeks old, and on 9/23, your baby was 2 months old.

8 weeks would be 9/17 but 2 months would be 9/23. Depends what the exact wording is.
