I found it on a german website but it looks to be a hoax. All the comments are lol's and saying that it's an april fools joke.

I went Kate Hudson because I've always liked her. Also enjoy seeing Natalie Portman and Holly too though, they always look stunning

They have make up artists and stylists etc and that doesn't change when they are pregnant I would think. Money makes life easier.
