Who should claim our baby on taxes?

My boyfriend and I are not married but we are still in a relationship, he only comes over once a week to spend time with our daughter. I have a 2 year old son that I claim on my taxes (daddy not around), and my boyfriend has been arguing with me over who should claim our little girl. She lives here with me at my parents house, but he says he should claim her because she is his first child and that he supported me and my son when I was pregnant, I lived with him for about 2 months of the year but I moved back to my parents. Any advice, I need help!!

I would agree with pp. If she lives with you and you are her primary care provider then you're the one who claims her.

It's for the child's primary carer - i.e. the one she lives with. Tell him to stuff it!
