Why am i getting angry?!

I am finding myself getting so wound up and angry over nothing. Was just talking to one of the lads from work as we were having a disagrement about something and i was getting sooo anoyed at him that i had the leave the convo. What is up with me? i know i shouldent be gettin angry but i am?

Its all the time tho over silly little things that i usualy wouldent get anoyed over, im putting it down to my pill i me things
