Why doesn't the government use their own money????

It's 10am and already I have seen two stories about the government and the royals using taxpayers money for their own pleasures!!

The government have taken 3 quarters of a million pounds in taxpayers money towards VIP olympic tickets for them!! Why don't they buy their own ntickets like everyone else!!

AND I saw that aparently millions of pounds of taxpayers money is being spent to build Will & Kates 20 room apartment! He is worth 28 million I am sure he can buy/build his own house!!! It gets better though, Will & Kate are going to decorate it with their own cash!

Just seems like it's a one sided thing, we pay our taxes and in return they spend them on their luxuries
