am feeling SO bleurgh... basically just rottenly hungover all the time, that's how it feels:-( every time I eat something lovely and rich I bring it up.. have nausea through the night too... I never had any m/s with DS so this is all new to me!

At 5 weeks I was wishing for m/s as I had hardly any symptoms and felt 'left out' with all the ladies on here talking about being sick.. as its such a common symptom.. WELL, I TAKE IT BACK!! :brat:

I know! I was without it last time round and it hit at 10 weeks and I wasnt even keeping down water :( Now this time its started at 6 weeks and its made me so ungrateful :(

I had horrible m/s with my DD..for 6-7 months...it sucked soo badly....I was hoping and praying I wouldn't get it as bad with this one...well...It did come...BAD!! All I can do is lay around with a bucket and tissue beside my bed...horrible horrible...mine kicked in at 7 wks...yuk!!

I hope you get to feeling better soon, and it goes away quick!! Good luck hunni!

i had it from pretty much day one until about 20 weeks! by the time it passed it honestly felt like i hadnt eaten properly in months! everyone just kept saying, "oh well its a good sign that the baby is growing well etc" and id be like argh thats alrite for you to say! it was an absolute nightmare! hope it passes for you ladies soon! xxx

I know! Early on I secretly wished for it as thought it'd make me feel properly pregnant! Now I just want it to go away!

i had it from as sn as i conceived last pregnancy i think!! lol
Was so ill day n night had to have a carrier bag permanently in hand ready for throwing, in end i just ate what i fancied even though it wouldnt stay down!
I really dont want it this time xox ladies on here say preggie pops are the cure good luck x

i was also wishin for ms now 3 weeks in and im wondering how much more i can take i hate feeling sick i wish i could just be sick and it go away for the whole day lol but i just keep thinking its a good thing to have and i would be moaning and worrying if i didnt feel sick x

thought it was just me alone, i cant believe so many women have to go through this crap... its horrendous..... nausea is with me all day like my purse....... yuck

from 6-7 weeks i had slight nausea throughout the day. enough to make me feel bad, but not so bad i couldn't make it through the day. now at 8 weeks it seems to have gone away. i'm hoping LO is doing well in there and as long as everything's ok i will be so grateful if nausea stays away! lol

OMG! I'm glad I'm not the only one who made that wish! All my friends who'd been there are like "shut up, trust us you don't want it!" I think I was about 5 weeks too, lol.

and its so hard when those same mommies are like "oh your almost there, a few more weeks and it will be gone"... I just can't get my hopes up, it sounds too good too be true to be able to eat like normal again!

I am so with you on this, mine started bang on 6 weeks, now at 7+5 i could do without spending all morning with my head in the toilet and being able to eat and drink before lunch time! Im hoping it wears off soon, but then at the same time its a reassuring sign, so i will probably worry if i get up one day and am not sick!

Have you tried Sea Bands? I went on their website and did some research and then went to my local Walmart and bought them. Its like a sweatband with a pressure point ball. I've been extremely sick and actually got a prescription for Zofran because I was getting dehydrated. I put them on during the day the first day and it didn't work so I thought they were a dud but tried and slept with them Sat and SUn night and guess what?? I worked! Woke up both mornings fine! A little queazy but no where near what it was before. THey aren't the most attractive things in the world but I would do anything to stop being ! It also helps with sleeping. I slept like a rock. Don't know if that's because I wasn't  or what but I feel so much better. ANd the best part they were only $6.00!!! Hope this helps.

Mine started last week...I was in the Ultra sound room and as soon as she told me that all was OK I threw up...three times!!

I've had a few times since where I've gagged and wretched so much I was convinced I was going to be sick, but nothing since that day last week.
I've always got a watery mouth which makes me feel so ill, and the constant hangover feeling as you describe is awful! I feel bloated and useless.

My OH was making sausage sarnies yesterday and the smell of the olive oil in the pan was so discusting, I ran outside in my pjyama's for fresh air and was nearly sick in the washing basket! xx

Lynsay I know what you mean about the watery mouth thing.. it's like your saliva glands start acting up and then you just want to retch! Glad to hear your bean is ok!!

I tell you what girls, m/s is great for getting out of doing the dishes - I swear I can't look at food and ick on plates let alone wash them up! xx

At least I am not alone in wishing for m/s. Boy do I regret that wish now! The 24/7 sickness started yesterday and has yet to stop for even a few hours. I slept horribly and dinner luckily stayed down but the taste of indigestion did not which makes you want to yak anyways. Gah hopefully in 6 more weeks this will go away and I will feel normal again!! :-#:loo::brush::sleep:

I'm with you girls! I have spent the last 3 days hovering over the toilet. Managed to go all day today without throwing up at work but as soon as i got home it was all over. I'm to the point where I am throwing up so much there is nothing left in my tummy. I am desperate for a scan just so I can see that I am actually prego and don't just have a wicked stomach flu!

i hope you feel better, so far so good for me and morning sickness. i only threw up once. it gets better though. hang in there.
