Wiggly bits...

My love handles are pretty gross! Jiggly and whatnot. there is this gorg dress that looks awesome on me in every way, but I am worried I will wobble in it. What are some good things to do to distract from that area, or even better do leggings kind of hold it in? I know seems odd, but I am very self concious lol...
