Will a blood test be accurate?

I'm 12dpo today and I am pretty sure I got a positive test on a FRER (the new ones). The line is extremely faint, but OH could see it too, so I wasn't just imagining it.

I have a doctor appointment tomorrow and I'm going to ask for a blood test. Will it be accurate?

Yes, why wouldn't it? I mean, if the FRER is picking it up, a blood test surely will.
