I'll be popping into this forum much more once i'm reassured this pregnancy is going okay, I found out I was pregnant 11th October, was a shock because I'm 18 and didn't expect it but that's what you get for not using protection I guess. At the 7 week scan I was told I had a MMC as there was no heartbeat..I had a D&C the 27th of October and still a month after had positive pregnancy tests so the hospital thought it could be left over tissue from the previous pregnancy, I went for a scan and there was another Gestational Sac, the tech said I was roughly 4 weeks I was so shocked. I don't want anyone telling me how it was wrong to fall pregnant straight after a D&C as I was using a form of protection but was also sick a few times so obviously the tablets didn't work (as the doctor says). I'm 6 weeks today and have a scan in a weeks time so I hope everything goes well.. Terrified is an understatement I just want to know everything is okay..

Welcome! Congratulations! I'm sorry for your loss, but I'll be praying everything goes well this time! New Fact: just Monday my doctor told me that BPA causes miscarriage early on in pregnancy, so stay away from plastic water bottles! lol just thought I'd share, it kind of freaked me out!

I had a MMC last year, I don't think it's bad you've fallen pregnant straight after the d&c, I know it's guidelines but a lot of ladies do! Maybe take a look in the pregnancy after a loss section - it was a great comfort for me!

Thank you all for your support, you all seem like a lovely bunch of girls.
Scan is 2 days after Christmas so I wont be enjoying Christmas as much as I normally would but I'm praying everything will be just fine.

The BC pills take about 3 months to activate 100% in your system as well.
I am sorry for your loss, but also congratulate you on your new LO. I wish you sticky and healthy baby!

It went well, Saw a healthy heartbeat and have been put forward to 7.5 weeks, I'll be heading onto 8 weeks yay!
I couldn't even look at the screen I was terrified but when she said "everything looks great" I was so happy. :')

Just lurked this post and I am glad to hear everything went well! I hope you have a happy and healthy 40 weeks any symptoms bothering ya? With my first I had zero symptoms until 10 weeks. With this baby I had nausea, heartburn, frequent urination, the whole 9 yards.

Btw I'm Sam, and I have a 20 month old son Alexander and I am 37 weeks with his little brother Jaxson. I turn 19 in March.
