Will trigger shot make opks positive??

I just got my trigger shot about 30 minutes ago, will this make my opks positive??, my cd 12 ultrasound yesterday had a follie of 21.5 but I havent had a positive opk yet and IUI is set for tomorrow morning,

Yes OPK's pick up high levels of HCG so there is no point testing now. Good luck with the IUI.
