This may sound rediculous...

But...I finally plucked up enough courage to go get my hair done, for the first time since I got pregnant at xmas!

I was scared of either breaking down crying or having another bleeding episode (like the asda one!) I've been putting it off & off...

Well not today, I'm strapping on the thickest pad I can find, taking the funniest book I own & I'm bloody well gonna sit there & have my roots done!!

There!

Small steps, as they say....

;)

PS. Going by my usual luck, what's the odd's my stylist will be pregnant & probably due the same week I would have been? ha ha ha! *groan*

Its not ridiculos every small step is progress, good luck!

Hun, long time no speak! Good on you girl. I hope it goes ok. Been following some of your threads, and always impressed by your PMA! x

Good luck chick, will be all good, and you'll come out looking fabulous!

I want pics!! x

A good sense of humour will get you through the day!! Have a great day today and make sure to report back the pregnant mafia chasing you around. (I'm preparing for the same assault today I'm getting my nails done).

You will have a great day, good luck!!!!

Well I survived, no bleeding, crying or pregnant sylists, what was I worried about? lol! ;) xx

Yay! Good to hear, glad you had a good day I was just checking to see how it went!

I had mine done today! Nothing like having your hair done to cheer you up xxx

You jest......I had mine done on Friday, and guess what.....my hairdresser was pregnant! Due a week before I would have been. I just had to laugh....I wished her luck, had my hair done (gorgeous...to be fair!) and then came home and kicked shit out of the bedroom door!:grr:

Good for you hun.

I know only too well how you feel about going out, I had bleeding episodes for 7 weeks prior to m/c and some really heavy, once just as I was crossing a main road, thankgoodness my car was really close, it made me just want to stay at home but like you I needed to go out, had to take those steps. I used to only wear black bottoms so it wasn't so obvious if it did happenand 3 pads at once, I did actually put tights on under my jeans too so there would be another layer it would have to get through first!!

Really feel for you hun and hope this gets sorted soon x
