Worm-like c-section scar

I had an emergency c-section under general anaesthetic 12 days ago to deliver my twins.

My scar is just awful

In the middle its ok but at either end it looks like two fat worms on my skin!
I'm so upset with it.
I had an ovary removed 8 years ago and the scar from that was ok but they've gone over that scar and left me with this awful looking thing.

I wondered if anyone else has the same thing?
And I'm really hoping that it might go down over time?
Can anyone give me hope?

I have the same & unfortunately it didnt go

It's excess skin that builds up over the scar. But it doesnt look bad.
