I am not sure if I have posted this in the right place....I am 6 weeks pregnant and 38 (3rd child) and up until now I have had very sore breasts frequent going to the wee and nausea (not actualy being sick)...well I woke up this morning and all these symptoms have gone and tonight I have a slight stabbing pain that feels as though it is coming from high up inside my vagina ...I have phoned the local hospital but they have no midwife on call at the moment , I am waiting for the doctor to call me back with advice? has anyone had this? I am so worried that I am going to have a miscarriage

my boobs are not as sore as they were but i think that is normal, i havnt had any pains at all nor bleeding, sometimes i thinks symptoms can come and go during pregnancy every pregnancy is different and so is every women so id say try not to worry too much, if u start bleeding and then the pain becomes very painful then id say its time to worry

Symptoms often wax and wane, so try not to let that worry you.

As for the sharb stabby pain, if it feels like it could be from the cervix, don't worry. There are a ton of nerve endings up there that are getting pinched and irritated by things growing and moving around.

As always though, if you are in a good deal of pain, and there is bleeding, then head straight to the ER.

My symptoms have come and gone all the way along - don't worry, they will probably be back tomorrow. I think at around 6-7 weeks the early symptoms lessened - maybe our bodies getting used to the hormones?
As the others say if you have bleeding and/or period like cramps then call the doctor.

I have just got back from the doctors this morning, they cant really say much at the moment, I have got to go for a scan next friday
