So, I had a pregnancy scare last cycle, and AF came right on time, my boyfriend seems to thinking BD two days before AF will bring us a LO, and I think that BD AFTER AF will bring us a LO... Who's right? or are we both wrong? After BD on the first day after AF, I've been spotting, anyone know whats up with that?

You need to track your ovulation to know exactly when the right time to conceive is. Typically ovulation is around mid cycle so if you have a 28 day cycle then around 12 days after your af.
As everyone's cycle is different there is no sure fire way of knowing when you in particular are goings o ovulate without you (as I said previously) tracking your cycle with opks

Techincally you're both right .... as pp said, ovulation usually occurs half way through your cycle, af being cycle day 1. You have an average window of about 6 days to try.... 4 days before O, day of O and day after as sperm can live longer and wait for the egg, which can only live for about 24 hrs x
