Worst life experience!!

I woke up this morning and I was so scared the last few months felt like a dream. Like I wasn't there/ Like I was sleeping or been dead!!! It was so scary I kept feeling like I went mad! I have been diagnosed with PND but I dont believe I have it I'm so crazy why do I ask everyone if they think I have PND I know there going to say yes!!

Whats wrong with me.. why am I even writing this I just can't control all of this as much as I try.. ll wake up again in a month or so and go through it again..!!

My hands feel stiffened and I keep feeling a pulse or flicker in my legs or other parts of my body!!!

I don't think this is gong to go...!!!!!

Angry/worried/confused/upset/lazy/tired..!!

go back to your GP hun, maybe some councelling will help or a change of meds

dont suffer in silence get some more help x x x
