I'd like to think I would but I'm a very shy person so I try everything to avoid talking to strangers

I saw a boy about 13-14 at the beach a while ago, and he had a used sanitary towel stuck to his back, I was about to tell him because I felt so bad but he realized everyone was laughing at him and he found out himself. I felt so bad for him but still couldn't help laughing...

I wouldn't say anything... personally I'd find it more embarassing if someone told me! I'd rather have just got home and noticed myself... I don't know anyone on the street so I don't care what they think of me
