Would you recommend walkers?

I know a few people are against walkers for different reasons.

I'm not quite sure on who to go with yet, and whether to get one or not.

DId you have one? Would you recommend one or is not having one not really a big deal?

I had one with Carly and they were great , however she started walking at 9-10 months so was alittle nightmare

Ella has one aswell , they are great for them to shift along and keeps em quite!
