would your OH/DH want a boy or a girl?

we both wanted a boy first, which we got and we would both really like a girl next, if its a boy next time round it would be nice for morgan but im a real girly girl and love pink so it would be lovely if we could have a little Amelia

We've both said how we'd love a girl first.

However, recently I have met a few little boys which have been the most gorgeous little thing in the world, and so I am warming to a boy.

I would be very happy with either, although ideally I'd like one of each.

as we have our lovely daughter maddilynne i think james would like a son next, though 2 daughters would be amazing for us both! x

My OH is a bloody nightmare when it comes to this!

With Lucy he desperately wanted a girl up until I was about 16 weeks then he changed his mind and really wanted a boy - so was a bit disappointed at the 20 week scan but then within about 10 mins he'd changed his mind and was like 'well I wanted a girl anyway'

This time round he keeps saying he wants a boy when people ask him (I think its because he feels like he should want a boy) but whenever we talk about it he always says he'd love another girl if she was anything like Lucy.

I dont think he'll be disappointed either way tbh!

Oh wants a boy first, as he says it should be big brother with a little sister, not big sister with a little brother lol. For all we know it could be big brother, then little brother!
I dont mind what comes first, but I would love to have a little girl. xx

My OH has two girls (previous relationship) and we have Maley.....he had a son but he dies so he is despearate for a son.

Oh how sad

The problem is, girl or boy, nobody will ever replace that LO he lost. Uf, It is terrible when children die before their parents

its not to replace him...he just wants a 'son' and a heir i think lol

Both DH and I would like a girl next time, but a healthy pregnancy, birth, baby and postpartum is all we can really ask for.
