As long as your midwife is aware of your actual EDD, I wouldn't stress too much. I was given Oct 16 for DS3 and the midwife and my GP both had matching notes. My midwife sent my notes though to the specialist as I had to see him fortnightly for Gestational Diabetes and they kept putting my EDD down as Sep 30. So on my official delivery notes, it states that I was 40+2 or something when I was in fact 38+1. Myself and my midwife think the specialist did that deliberately because he tried to talk me into a section or induction due to a 'large baby' and tried the 'stillbirth' scare with me to have me deliver at a date that suited him because it didn't matter how often I told him my EDD, they never changed it. Needless to say, I delivered a 8lb 11oz baby vaginally with NO pain relief, no tearing, no complications and other than needing a little formula to stabilize his sugars, he was in all health aspects, perfect.
