WTF - regression post grandparent visit

I just got back from 2 weeks visiting LO's grandparents in america. We live in Europe. Before we went, LO cried loads and loads and couldn't be put down for naps and we co-slept.
In the US, she slept on her own in the day and cried, but less. We are now back, it's day 2 and she's almost back to where we were pre-US visit. WHY????? I just can't handle it - she is so miserable and almost 12 weeks. Isn't it supposed to get easier soon?? Why has she gone back to old behaviours? It's so frustrating because I have seen what she _can_ be like....

Hmmm thats a strange one, is there any differences to where you put her down normally for her naps to where she slept when on your holiday?

Was it maybe noisier where she was sleeping on holiday??

The only thing I can suggest is look at the differences between where she slept, in what and maybe if your routine was different?

Could she maybe be going through a growth spurt?
