hi ladies, just wondering how soon after birth of my baby can i rejoin weight watchers? i am planning on breastfeeding for a few weeks but understand you get extra points for this? thank xxx

I Think Its 8 Weeks Before You Can Start Excericsing? So I'd Say Proberly About The Same? x

I think it would be a bit too stressful to do this with a newborn, so 8 weeks sounds good. You'll be so tired and busy adjusting to everything, it would be too much to add this in as well IMO.
Good Luck!!

WW will accept you after your 6 week check up. I found this far too early to diet as we were still all over the place. It was about 8-10 weeks that I started properly.

I think you get 10 extra points with FULL breast feeding but only if it is exclusive ie no formula.

A word of warning you will be hungry with breast feeding and if you don't get enough calories, your milk supply will drop

but, lots of luck
xxx

as the others have said really :)

I was wondering the same thing. I guess after you check up and if you feel up to it then go or it. :)
