when i named jake, jacob...

i got sick of hearing that
it wasn't. i wanted jake but i thought jacob would look good on his CV's when he's older

I have a Jacob too, but when I was pregnant we were on team yellow and I was convinced I was having a girl so being the dick that I am I said if we have a girl I will choose the name, if we have a boy you can choose the name. And low and behold the child came out of me with a willy and all so I had to let him pick the name and it took me ages to get used to Jacob's name and I am still in 2 minds whether it should be Jake or Jacob

I was supposed to be having an Ava

People always assume our Jacob's named after the one in Twilight because i'm a bit of a fan. Sooo not the case, it's just a lovely name .

It is a lovely name but just took a bit of getting used to as it was sprung on me ie. I never chose it, but I really like it now!!
