Yes, a couple did, I was following something back on GS a few months back where we had to vote on the song they should pick to sing, but forgot to check if anyone managed to get through. Er I think Charlotteee, but I read something earlier she didnt get through, who else I cant remember?!

A good few years ago our school music teacher auditioned for Pop Idol and didn't get through. She was really good and looked the part. She said she never even got to sing for the judges (Geri, Pete Waterman and Dr Fox!!!) just some other folk in a wee room. Her photo was in the Pop Idol Annual though!!! She then went on to join the Royal Music Academy so she was really good!
