Thats a disgrace and shockingly, shockingly bad form. I have refused to watch it this year but tuned in last night to a little bit to see just how obvious the autotune was...and it was! What a farce they have turned it into..

I have no idea! I thought the point was you were meant to see for yourself how they actually are! It says on that link its to make it a more pleasant viewing experience or something, i know i would get pretty bored watching perfect singer after perfect singer for the whole programme
