surely they're just keeping Katie in to cause some controversy? I loved Aiden but not sure he was strong enough to win so maybe judges just thought that as he wasnt likely to get to the final that why not keep Katie in as that makes the papers write about it more and then makes the show more popular?

dont agree with it as it feels like wasted votes to get Katie out that people pay for but I can see what they're up to!

But don't people vote for who they want to stay not go? It makes more money, if people really want her out they'd have to vote for everyone else. So no wasted votes really, except for the person who does go in the end.

I didn't like Aidens performance but I didn't expect him to go. I though Wagner luck shuld have run out this week. Its rediculous that hes still even init and we have lost good singers that could have had his place like Treyc, Aiden, and Storm. I am the same don't want to watch it because its an absolute joke this year but want to see who wins and who goes out week by week. I really think they should rethink th show for next year and there tactics because they have seriously messed up this year

My OH is already moaning that all the adverts are about Christmas.. Lol Come on these ad breaks are far too long

We have Sky+ so we just pause the live show at 8 and start watching at 8.30 so we can fast forward through all the adverts

I don't think Aiden should have gone (though he would never have won) ... and I just can't believe that creepy Wagner and Katie are still in it but hey - lets face it they won't win so I guess it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things.

Matts song choice wasn't brilliant but he sang it well (I'm old enough to be familiar with the original LOL) and Rebecca's take on Candle in the Wind was inspired imho .... it's a song that's been soooooo overdone over the years yet she managed to make it really fresh and goosebumpy. One Direction were good too but I don't think any of the rest of them were anything to shout about this week

I'd deffo buy albums from both Rebecca and Matt just for their unique voice qualities

Aiden's amazing. I wanted to give him a huge hug last night. I'm gutted. I did vote for him (and matt) so Im kindof shocked and bummed that my vote didn't seem to count
I think it's a fix too, no way is Aiden less popular that Weasel. Why on earth is she still there? She is an actual JOKE. I doubt i'll be watching next week, they just ruined that poor boys dreams.

It was a horrible experience watching it last night. I don't like Katie at all and she should NOT still be in.

However, when Simon was giving his vote and everybody was screaming, booing and shouting Katie's name, you could see a look in his eyes of 'I've created a monster'. The show is horrible now and its become something which was the opposite of why it was created - i.e. I vote Wagner but only to keep him in for all the wrong reasons.

I agree with you, the show has turned into a joke it is not about giving undiscovered talent a chance anymore it is about publicity and making as much money as possible. I hate the format where it drags it out over the whole weekend just to make as much money as possible. The results show could be done in 15 minutes but they even drag that on with various artists coming on and miming prerecorded songs. While they pad it out with a ridiculous amount of adverts as they bring in lots of money. Grrrr rant over lol

I think Wagner is there because he is entertainment and we dont laugh with him we laugh at him! As for Katie, she is rubbish, has been since day one so goodness knows why she is still there... Aiden shouldnt have gone last night but I doubt with Rebecca and Matt there that he was going to win it anyway, plus she looks creepy when he sings and I wasnt a fan so it didnt bother me but I was shocked..

He looked crushed because he thought she was going, even she did, in actual fact everyone bloody well did haha! How she stayed in is amazing.. I havent spoken to one person who is a fan! Lol

Did you see him on xtra factor? Connie said something about his voters and he said 'oh i dont think I had any' and tried to laugh it off He looked realllly sad. Poor Aiden.

I said the final three will be Matt, Rebecca and One Direction, Rebecca will go in the semi finals and then Matt will win, One Direction will be runners up.

But, after that shock last night I wouldn't be surprised if the final three would be Katie, Wagner and Paije with Katie finishing third and Paije winning and Wagner being runner up

IMO katie is kinda love her or hate her so although we cant see them she probably has a huge fan base voting for her
aiden is not to everyones taste, could be seen as boring/creepy so i dont actually find it so unbelievable that he had fewer votes

She cant have a 'huge' fanbase as shes been in the bottom 2 4 times LOL. I think poor aiden was middle of the table last night, not good enough to get people who dont normally vote to vote but not bad enough to get people who like him but dont normally vote to vote to keep him in IYKWIM?

I wasnt a huge Aiden Fan either but Katie is just getting annoying now with her desperation songs to keep her in, she's an ok singer but sings out of tune a few times while she's singing.
It should have been her & wagner.

I really hope Matt, Rebecca & One Direction are in the final as I think those are the only 3 that stand out to me but sadly I think Cher will be in the final as all the judges seem to be so far up her backside they cant see anyone else imo.
