gosh sweetie i dont really know what advice to give but i didnt want to read and run.
i think i'd ring the hospital after trying your parents one more time if that helps?

call the hospital and let them know that it's your sister and they should give you whatever information they have. Obviously with a newborn you probably can't go to the hospital yourself but do you have an oh or someone who could go for you?
