Yellow discharge

My bleeding stopped before 3 weeks but for nearly 2 weeks now I have had a yellowish discharge. The discharge over the last couple of days has stepped up and this follows finding a stitch that had come out on my pad. Not sure if this is a coincidence though?

I'm now really red down below where the wings of my pads sit. The area also has a few lumps. I'm hoping this is just where my knickers and horrible pads have been rubbing but starting to wonder if I have some sort of infection?

Has anyone experienced this? I have my 6 week check at the end of next week but am starting to feel incredibly sore! Just wish I could stop wearing horrible pads!

I had yellowish discharge for at least a week after my actual bleeding stopped, sometimes it was orange tinted too....they said it was normal. there's no odor or pain or anything?

I had a c section so didn't have stitches in that area but I did have 3 weeks of bleeding and then another week or so of yellow/orange discharge, then it finally cleared up
