So I've now realized that I can't sneeze without peeing myself a little :shock:

Oh no! I'm sorry. I hope you don't suffer with hay fever or anything. You poor thing xx

Gah! I hate this part of pregnancy .... Although it does cause giggles for years to come!!!
:)

This happened to me this morning! Ok, so my pelvic floor hasn't been the best since having dd anyway, but it hasn't been this bad haha!

I'm right there with you hunni! Pregnancy is so glamorous x

I have bad hayfever atm but luckily it hasn't happened yet lol even though I've been sneezing 10+ times a day! I don't know if it would if I had a full bladder.. :/

Yep. I'm 17+6 and this has been happening to me for the last two weeks. Ah well. Such is life.

Me too!!! I have a cold so It has happened to me today and sometimes when I laugh hard it does too lol... yikes!

I feel your pain! Twice this pregnancy I've "sn-eed"!!

I feel ya. I've gone through quite a few pairs of pants in the last few weeks from coughing and sneezing.

Lol I sneed too  Also... I pee the entire contents of my bladder if I vomit. So glamorous.

haha kegels kegels kegels!! i still haven't come across this yet, fingers crossed! i have very strong pelvic muscles and tons of control so im hoping to avoid this til the very end. But i've probably just jinxed myself :dohh:

Kegels are absolutely useless to me my pelvic floor was stretched byond belief during my long labour with my daughter I pretty much prolapsed have had physiotherapy but my pelvic floor will never be perfect..

Im ok as long as I don't do powerful sneezes with a full bladder.

Taking spare knickers everywhere with me from now on!

Does this go away again? Now wearing sanitary towels every day and feeling self concious and rubbish.

Yes It does go away for 95% of women after the baby's born and you do some pelvic floor exercises..

Mhmm! Me too. Especially since developing some sort of viral infection... sneeze.. cough.. pee a little... sneeze.. pee.. yikes! All I can hope is it goes away after baby is born.
We'd all best get doing more pelvic floor exercises!
