Hi, I have been doing yoga throughout my ttc journey (2 and a half years), it really helps with relaxation and you can use the breathing techniques at any time to help you relax. I went to a talk by a yoga teacher called Mercedes Ngoh at the Yoga Show last year, she specialises in something called 'Fertility Flow Yoga' and talked about specific poses that focus on the right areas, and opening up the blood and energy flow to the right places. I bought her DVD to do at home (you can get it on Amazon) and it's really easy to do at home. I am currently very cautiously 6 weeks pg, obviously not totally to do with the yoga! but this lady had lots of success stories she attributed to it.
Even if it's not a 'magic cure' it is well worth doing as it really helps me sleep and feel relaxed.
