Hi, so Emily is coming up to 1 soon and her naps are all over the place she generally has one long nap a day then another shorter one at another point. I've never really set nap times and can't really remember what amount of time they should be sleeping. She probably still naps for 4-5 hours a day. I feel like her bed time is getting out of sync though she's either in bed early or late never at 7 so I'd like to get back to that. Anyway sorry for the ramble but any one with a similar age and same amount of time napper if you could give me an idea of your nap times that would be fab :)

Ella went to one nap at 11.5mths, around 12.30-2.30pm. She still naps roughly the same.

Paige was still on 2/3 naps at 12mths. No regular routine really. She went to one nap at 18mths.

Evie is 12 months and a normal day -
wakes 6.30-7am
naps 9.00-10.00ish
naps 12-1.30
only about 2.5 - 3 hours of naps and then she sleeps at 7 everynight. like you naps arent totally set if shes not tired id never force it and if were busy I just adjust her naps to suit

Ellie is nearly 10 months. She has an 1& 1/2 in the morning and about 40 ish minutes in the afternoon. She generally has them around the same time but it does depend on what time she wakes up in the morning and what sort of night we've had!

Our little one has a very set schedule that he pretty much set on his own.
Up at 9-10 am
Nap at ~12:30pm (nap for no longer than 1 hr 15mins)
Nap at ~4:30pm (nap for no longer than 1 hr 15mins)
Bedtime at 10-10:30pm.

It has been impossible to get him to go to bed earlier -even if we get him up at 7-8am. Lol Nope.

We went to 1 nap to keep 7pm bedtime. I just couldn't fit a second nap in without her bedtime becoming 9/10 pm. It is early to drop to 1 nap though. You could try limiting a nap? If she can easily handle a 3-4 hour wake time then last nap ends 3-4 hours before then? Maybe just cut short the longer nap a bit and it will help?

Thanks everyone I think I'm going to try a 9/9.30 nap for an hour then an 2 hour one after lunch and see how she goes. It's quite difficult trying to fit it in around my eldests nursery pick up times.
