Saw this on Pinterest and had to make it. My house is snowman themed for the Christmas holiday. (may have to paint over and re do some of the numbers as they look a little sloppy!)

Those are cute. How did you do that wreathe? It's really nice.

I love this! Is yours made from wood? It looks amazing!
I'm not sure I'd manage to do a wooden one but I think I'll make one out of thick card xx

This is the only craft pic I can find from last year, made these canvas ornaments for MIL for Christmas

I was thinking it'd be a good kiddy-craft to do with a paper plate and a split pin :haha:

I made mine with wood (thin piece of oak) and just cut it out with a jigsaw, but yes it woudl be a fun craft with kids and some thick card stock or something. I didn't think of that. Plus, my 2 year old is a bit rough with things still and would have surely broke off the nose LOL

Thank you - it's a crocheted strip, with different patterns and stitches, stretched and sewn over a polysyrene wreath form. I follow a few crochet / craft blogs and magazines and wreaths seemed to be the thing to make last year, so I made up my own. Still trying to decide what my Christmassy make will be this year, although I plan to make pyjama cases for both children, possibly as presents. Need to do a yarn shop :)

There's a video on Facebook of a sock snowman, I'm going to buy some cheap socks and do it for a few family members.

So far, I've made little christmas tree decorations out of Nordic print fabric, I'm hoping for a tree with mostly home made declarations this year x

These were all last years crafts.

thanks. I do a bit of crocheting but can only do one pattern. I don't think I could do anything nearly as cute as that.

I want to do that this year. I've never made anything with salt dough. I think it would be fun for dd to paint.

I was surprised on how well they turned out :) I actually found one under my fridge today, all still intact!

Oh, yeah, we did the salt dough ornaments, too! Totally forgot! I don't think I have any pics of ours, but we did trees, gingerbread men, and teddy bears.

Awe, gingerbread men would be adorable!
