I am looking for hints on how to survive a day at the zoo with a 15 month old ( her first time :happydance:).
I had bought trickets to go with our local play group about a month ago, they are one day passes and have to be used on this one day . They are going to bus us to and from the zoo but looking at the forecast , it is suppose to be brutal heat tomorrow.
I have made a list of things to take including..
lots of water
sunscreen
a blanket to sit on while in the shade during breaks
a face cloth to wet and used to wipe her down
hats and sunglasses
lots of snacks

Can anyone add anything I might not of thought of or any tipes I could use to survive the day:hugs:

A stroller. Lightweight clothes.
I went to the park (in chicago), today, that was rough. 90 degrees and humid.

I would say you probably have everything covered. Just keep her hydrated really well. We went to a minor league baseball game tonight and it was about 90. Rocco didn't seem to mind. I just kept making him drink a lot of water.
