1 dpo today Oct 10th

I feel like we really hit it right this month and I mean REALLY hit it right. It seems I tend to ovulate same day I have my first positive opk. Well at noon yesturday wasn't quite positive. Took another last night at 6:30 and then did the BD last night an hour after the positive test. We also did it again this morning just in case. So I am SO SO SO hoping come Oct 18th I can test in the morning find my wonderful bfp and if I don't (cause I know it's early) at the doctors when they more than likely will be doing blood work, will end up calling me the next day to say I'm preggy XD A girl can hope can't she?
So does anyone want to wait with me?
