12 days past IUI, blood test confirmed positive HCG level @120, I am preggo!

I just got my blood test confirmed positive pregnancy! I am so happy an excited. What do I expect next and what am I going to do to ensure my pregnancy goes smooth? Am I dreaming or is this real I am finally preggo after 5 months ttc

aw congrats, hun! your fs will let you know what to do next. we conceived on the natch just before our ivf consult, but our fs is still handling the first part of our pregnancy. we had two blood tests to make sure our numbers were doubling. we had an u/s to make sure the pregnancy was not ectopic, and we have another u/s tuesday to confirm viability before he sends us to a regular ob/gyn. i'm sure that's about what you will do too. besides that, just eat healthy foods, get some light/moderate exercise every day and try to stay relaxed.
