I think the morning light keeps waking me up early, and also as I'm always bursting for the loo. Good news that the test still says you're pg! That would be really scary if it didn't! Your time off will be something to look forward to. Yes, I would probably wait until you go back to speak to your manager.

Wantingabb - it's so difficult isn't it... I told myself I wouldn't test again until today but ended up testing yesterday and it still didn't show anything. Think I might test again on Monday if AF doesn't show this weekend. Good luck for when you test!

Good morning ladies, so I've woken up this morning with terrible heart burn and no sign of AF!! Adament she would show up yesterday and still certain in feel pregnant!! I'm gunna test tomorrow am with DH so will let you know why the result is. So sign of AF cramps or anything

Morning Newlywed glad to hear you're still in the running. I keep feeling as though AF is here but every time I go to the loo there is still nothing. I think DH is beginning to think I may actually be pg. Hmmm. Fingers crossed!

5ummer it is so difficult. But I think I may be out! I woke up this morning and had some brown spotting not enough for a pad it is just when I wipe. I feel like AF is going to show her ugly face today! I will keep you all updated.

Wantingabb - as long as it's brown and not red you may be ok (or so I've heard). I'm still getting a lot of AF type cramps and have gone to the loo several times today convinced she has arrived but still no sign. Have been feeling queasy and also getting strange twinges higher up in my stomach as well as low down. I'm now 3 days late. It's unusual for me to have had cramping for such a long time. Sorry if this isn't your month but if it's not you might be lucky on this next cycle. You can still hang out in here if you want my DH has been an bought me folic acid this afternoon. I hadn't starte taking it yet as we weren't officially trying.... Even if I'm not pg I think I should definitely be taking it ready for when I am. I don't know much about folic acid - I know it's to help prevent spinabifida but if i am pg, does it matter that I wasn't already taking it? Does anyone know?

5ummer, I only took my first one yesterday, and with Belle I only started taking them when got BFP. I think ideally you should take them earlier, but then you only need to take them til 12 weeks. I think I just took them til I had used them all up and probably went over 12 weeks.

Thanks Natnee. I was worried I was being a bad mother for not taking it sooner and I don't even know if I'm pg. I also had no idea how long you should take it for so thanks for that, i have learnt something Feeling very queasy today, not finishing meals, sore throat, sore boobs... My husband said he thinks I'm pg. just waiting and hoping for that positive test result.

I feel exhausted so I'm sure after a late night at work last night and an early start this morning, you must be shattered Natnee. Are you working tomorrow or can you rest? I did a bit of weeding in the front garden today and we put new wood chip down (I didn't do any heavy lifting, just helped to spread it out) - it wasn't exactly strenuous but I was feeling quite sick.

I have been to the bathroom a couple of times since I woke up and the brown spotting keeps getting lighter and lighter and now is barely noticeable! I sure hope AF decides to stay away! But we shall see.. If she doesn't show up tonight or tomorrow I will test on Monday morning.
As for the folic acid I started taking it about a month ago but I have had friends that didn't know they were pregnant till 6 weeks and that's when they started taking them so I'm sure you are fine!

Wantingabb - I hope she stays away for you. Honestly, all this uncertainty is just like watching an edge of your seat movie. I'm on the edge of my seat wondering what results we'll all get. Brings a whole new meaning to the term 'cliffhanger'. Thanks for the info about the folic acid.

Sorry to hear that wantingabb - you're not the only one. I'm pretty sure AF has arrived for me too - 4 days late! I can't believe I had all those symptoms and strange feelings in my body. I still feel queasy but this morning there is blood (not a lot but it is there). So in counting myself out for this month too. DH is really disappointed - as am I. There is always the next cycle though. I thought it was too good to be true to get pg so quickly. Don't think I'll be symptom spotting this next month though - after all the symptoms this cycle there doesn't seem to be any point. Of course, I say that now and I'll probably do exactly the same as I have done this month. The only positive DH has taken from this is that he gets a lot more sex.

Oh no, i'm so sorry for you wantingabb and 5ummer, i really am. I was so sure that something was going to happen. I really wanted you to be able to come with me to 1st tri. I really hope you will be over there soon.

I've just had the longest sleep in ages, went to bed at 10:30 after starting to doze on the settee, then the cat woke me about 7 to come in, so I did another test, which was darker, then went back to bed again for another hour or so. Belle didn't come in to our room til gone 8!

Afraid I'm joining the every growing AF club! I'm in full flow since waking up this morning and of course just before I was due to test. But this is the first month TTC so I'm not too bad! And to add I had a perfect 28 day cycle this month
