12dpiui bfn... Anyone get a bfn 12 dpo then a bfp?

12 dpiui today and tested with second urine 4 hours after FMU. Big blank negative! Has anyone had a bfn on 12dpo or 12dpiui and then ended up with a bfp? Is there still hope? I've been trying for 6 years and was really certain this 2nd iui would make this month my month.
