14 week old baby still no AF

Hi ladies,
I know your AF can take a while to come back after giving birth & breast feeding etc but am just worried.
A little about me, my daughter was born by emergency c-section 14 weeks ago. I only breast feed for 2-3 weeks. My first AF since having her came 8 weeks after. I am now on day 43 that's again 8 weeks since my last AF & nothing. Before having her my cycles where regular between 31-34 days. I have done two tests given I've had that full AF round the corner feeling & sharpe pains through my boobs but both tests where negative but still worried they might be false negatives or duff tests! I just don't know what I'd do if I where pregnant again so soon.

I think your body is just adjusting to post partum.

I breast fed for 10months, got an immediate AF, then nothing for 3 months. Slowly getting more regular now at 15months.

Don't worry so much about it, take precautions where necessary regarding intercourse, and just let you body recover from all those manic hormones.

Try not to worry. I never breast fed and it took 4 months for my period to return. This baby is now 13 weeks old and nothing yet. We're all different. I do recall my cycle being wonky after it returned pp last time. It changed, I think I didn't get one one month... If I were you I wouldn't worry unless my period was MIA for several months. Easier said than done, but everything is likely fine.
