15 dpo........?

Hi Ladies,

Well, I am 15dpo today and still no af. Have taken clomid cd3-7, and ovulated on cd24 (Had positive opk, and sore bb's for the next 13days, which is always a sign that I have ovulated) Ive had brown spotting on 10,12 and 13dpo but still a negative pregnancy test this morning on frer and internet cheapies. What is going on?

This is my 5th round of clomid 50mg, and all the other cycles have been pretty normal, I never usually make it past 13dpo before af arrives. The only difference this cycle, is that I had to take the clomid on cd3 and not on cd2 like I normally do. But this just put back my ovulation for 4 days.

What do I do? I wouldnt normally worry about it, but I have a hycosy scan booked in for next week, and I cant have my af for that, and I need to do a pregnancy test on the morning to make sure that Im not pregnant as it can cause damage etc.

any ideas????

Well you definetly still have a chance of being pg, and I dont know much at all about clomid and how that works. What day is your appointment this week? If you have not had either by then I would hold off on going just to be safe. Good luck hun.

I don't want to read and run but I know from my own past experience with clomid that it does change your cycle and also if it's still in your system then it can alter HPT may give false positive or a false negative. I would get a blood test done.

Clomid actually shortened my own cycle, funnily enough. I took it last month, and came for me at 10 dpo. But I did have hyper stimulation and lots of fluid, so that might have been it too.

nnn84 i dont know much about chlomid to be able to advise, if you got more tests do another with FMU. all my fingers and toes crossed for you!!! xx

Going to try an Internet Cheapie in the morning. If still negative and no af then I think Im going to go for a blood test on Thursday
