I'm the same...i'm quite tiny. I was a normal BMI 118 pounds, went down to about 112 after MS , now clocking 117-119 lbs. So no real gain. I know of so many friends who ate like crazy through their pregnancies and were always hungry. I worry a lot because that's so NOT me!
I'm eating small meals every 2-3 hours. All healthy foods- eggs, oats, yoghurt, brown breads, veggies and fruits. But I am not putting on much weight and I am not hungry most times. Doc so far seems ok with it, glad to see I'm not alone.
