Enzo is 16 months old and doesn't walk yet, we were referred to physio as my HV wasn't happy with his constant tip toe standing, she said if he was able to stand flat footed for even a second, it wouldn't be a concern, the worry is that he physically can't put his feet flat to the floor.

We had a video call appointment with a paediatric physiotherapist who asked me to do a few stretches with Enzo, and it turns out his calf muscles are tight/short and thats the reason he's unable to go flat footed.

We are on the waiting list now to be seen face to face and we've been given some stretches to do a few times a day, but I'm just wondering if anyone has gone through this and what was the outcome, and how long it took for your child to start walking.

Enzo can walk holding on to toys and stand on absolutely everything, but its all on tip toes, developmentally he is fine otherwise.

Any help would be amazing!
