My husband and I had been trying for 2 1/2 years. We then decided to go to a fertility specialist. There were no problems found with either of us. We decided to go on fertility drugs -- Clomid -- for 4 months. I hated the side effects! I had horrible mood swings and just felt tired all the time. Finally in November '07 we decided to do IVF. We scheduled an appointment for February of '08. The first week in January I felt really tired, but nothing out of the ordinary and like I did every month, I took a test and it was

I think why it took so long for me is I was constantly thinking about getting pregnant. It stressed me out so much! And when I knew that we were going to do IVF, I finally just relaxed.
I pray for all of you who are trying! I know how frustrating it can be!
