any food in and the shops are empty and i

Just done a 2 mile walk in the snow with the pram- definitely a good work out! :)
 
Sooo hungry today :wacko:
so far I have had -
Breakfast, cornflakes no sugar
Lunch, weightwatchers veg soup and 2 slices of toasted wholemeal bread no butter,1 small apple.....oh and 2 bites of Jack's tuna sandwich :blush:
huungry :( I'm gonna have a couple glasses of water to fill up a bit.

kasey - your a braver woman than me for going out in this snow,

jesse seems to catch everything going and i dont wanna take him out in the cold, and hes due his injections today but we cant go so hes gunna be 2 weeks late for them now! :(

my plan for today went out the window,
for breakfast i had

scrambled eggs with 2 crumpets, god knows how many calories, and iv had 2 cups of tea so far with one sugar each in, i really need to get some sweetners, :dohh:

getting quite hungry again now so might have a smoothie and a fag n see if i can last til OH gets home xx
 
Not doing so bad today:D

Had a wheetabix with skimmed milk for breakfast
pittabread with ham & a huge salad
Did have some full fat mayo on it though :blush:

I came on this morning and all i want is chocolate and chips *not together though* :)

so far ive had a bowl of shreddies
and a couple of satumas

i really need to drink more :dohh:

i've brought reduced mayo and salad cream
doesn't quite taste the same does it :rofl:

I had 3 biscuits for breakfast and last nights left over pizza (3 slices) for lunch :rofl: Not good!
 
Ive had a spaghetti bolognese weight watcher meal & steamed fresh veg.
i forgot to have breakfast today as i didnt wake up till 12 :lol:
going to have another weight watcher meal about 4ish and some veg again..
think i have done good today apart from the breaky :happydance:
 
i dont eat brekky either :blush:

i eat mine at about 12.30 :rofl:

gonna get myself some ww goodies
tomorrow if the shops have stuff in
so atleast ill have some yummy snacks

gonna start the cambridge diet next
month after the meet but hoping to
lose some weight before then

Breakfast -Activia yoghurt
Lunch-Mug of soup. Ryvita limbos
Dinner is going to be oven chips,chicken and peas i think.

best i could make with the stuff

I think that's a great idea! I am so bad at eating healthily just for the sake of losing weight, no matter how much I want to! Bit of competition sounds like a fab plan, def up for it :D
 
ive done my first weigh in :( 11stone! want to lose 2 stone!
