I hate marshmallows lol
so today had..........
rice crispies skimmed milk, tea no sugar (200 cals)
WW sausage and root mash & WW rasperry tart yogurt (400)
snacks - 2 snack a jacks & a few bites of jacks ham & cheese sandwich (say 200 cals)
just having a WW chicken tikka now, could not be bothered to cook for me today ( 306 cals)
so about 1100 today, might have a options hot choc while watching what kaite did next
fridddday tomorrow cant wait to see my OH miss him so much xxx
