2010 fat busters!!

Oh Boothh you just reminded me how yummy malteaser bunnies are...
 
glitter fairy malteaser bunnies are amazing, i think they will have to be my 'treat' every now and again lol i hate walking past them in asda cos i always give in,

todays been good so far,

breakfast - cup of tea no sugar, 1 chocolate caramel digestive, :dohh:
lunch - cup of tea no sugar, turkey, tomato and light salad cream sandwich, im still peckish so im going to have a shape yoghurt i think, im doing pretty good so far,
gunna have a WW ready meal for tea.

well done everyone, hope i can lose next week! xx

err i went on the scales naked this time and i was 15st 8lb so does that mean i can say i lost a 1lb ? :p!

Feel like I have ate too much today already :(

breakfast- shreddies ss milk, no sugar, cup of tea no sugar.

Lunch - john west tuna light lunch (237 cals) and a mullerlight yogurt (97 cals)

and just had a Weight Watchers wrap (108 cals) with chicken breast, cucumber and tomato and low fat salad cream :( I know its not bad things but feels like too much?

Having either a small jacket potato with few beans for tea or might have half a tin of weight watchers soup..tad disapointed but I am gonna go do lots of cleaning that might burn a few cals right? :haha:
 
That sounds like a good day paula and not too much :)

I've only eaten a small bowl of branflakes today....i feel a bit odd today.
 
well i did do my original weigh-in in underwear and i had my dressing gown on this morning, so can we say i had a 1lb loss? :) xx

today all i've had is a bowl of cereal
and a banana ... gonna make myself
a chicken salad in a minute :thumbup:

going to get the exercise bike tomorrow as

My startin weigh into NY was 16st4.
Im currently 16st1.

Only really started diet yesterday, so your call which weigh you wana put. :)
For now, looking at getting back to 13st, in long run hoping be 10st again.

Trying to sick to 1800 cals according to my wii game (Biggest loser, btw totally great, gets you sweating like mad lol)
 
I didn't have a very healthy dinner :(
My mood is really low *grump*
