i got some rice noodles (low fat ones)
and some diced pork for it too
ill make the sweet and sour sauce for it
mines nicer than the jarred stuff!

Well so far I have had cheerios and a banana and tangerine for breakfast cos I was hungry.... and Lunch was a big wrap with chicken breast, tomato, cucumber, red onion and lettuce with light salad cream........feel so greedy, its a huge change to what I normally eat but I feel like I have ate too much only having a WW meal for tea and nothing else......

Ah i havent had breakfast again today didnt get
up till 12 had a good lie in thanks to my family

i used to weigh myself all the time aswell glitterfairy i had
a eatingdisorder then though everytime i ate my 1 meal a day
which was mainly rice with a sauce i would check to weigh myself
if i had put weight on and then go and burn all the calories on my bike
and situps.. i still do sometimes weigh myself more then i should but i cant help it.
(sorry for the lifestory btw lol)

ive had a w.w lasagne meal so far with steamed veg
gonna have some w.w soup later

i weigh myself more than once a week too

so far ive had 4 satumas
and a veg stir fry

didn't have time for breakfast as we woke up late
and had to go food shopping!

got some good bargains at the baby event though!!
