Can I join in too please?
I've not got an official weight to start from till tommorow as I prefer to weigh 1st thing in a morning,so I'll get weighed in the morning and update my post, but going from the last time I got on the scales a week ago I was 11st 12, so I'm somewhere around there. Long term goal is I'd like to get back down to 9st 7lb in time for summer, short term goal is to lose 1 stone for my mates hen weekend in March. I'm breastfeeding Ethan,so not sure how low I can actually drop my cals to without it having a bad effect on my supply so I'm not actually gonna count cals, the plan is to eat 3 healthy (most of the time!) meals a day,no snacking in between, and as much exercise as I can. Today I have danced for 20mins to wii just dance and I've been out for a walk with Ethan in pram for 20 mins. Hoping for a 3lb loss this first week!!
