Just ordered my scales so I'll be weighing in a few days late! Dreading stepping on them, its been years :(
 
ok ladies so ive done the weigh in and im 12 stone 8lbs, that means ive lost 4lb since friday when I weighed myself and I was 12stone 12lb:happydance:. im still motivated to do this, although I am craving crisps and chocolate so much but im not giving in yet.x
 
I have no scales in the house and I am not braving the slippy pavements outside to go to town and get weighed, will be getting my scales the the weekend ( not that I would post my weight anyway haha) doing good today but I am hungry :( I am that used to eating what I want when I want :blush: guess the 1st few weeks gonna be hard!!

Ah ive just weighed myself and im 13 stone 9 pounds (191lbs)
so i have put on 3lbs over the last few days from my food binge :(
starting properly today so hopefully ill have lost that for next weigh in!

I've not got an official weight to start from till tommorow as I prefer to weigh 1st thing in a morning,so I'll get weighed in the morning and update my post, but going from the last time I got on the scales a week ago I was 11st 12, so I'm somewhere around there. Long term goal is I'd like to get back down to 9st 7lb in time for summer, short term goal is to lose 1 stone for my mates hen weekend in March. I'm breastfeeding Ethan,so not sure how low I can actually drop my cals to without it having a bad effect on my supply so I'm not actually gonna count cals, the plan is to eat 3 healthy (most of the time!) meals a day,no snacking in between, and as much exercise as I can. Today I have danced for 20mins to wii just dance and I've been out for a walk with Ethan in pram for 20 mins. Hoping for a 3lb loss this first week!!
