2010 fat busters!!

iv had my chicken casserole (carrots swede potato chicken breast chunks, chicken oxo and noodle soup mix, ) i had 2 dumplings and 2 slices of bread but i left more than half the bowl!

think today has gone okay so far!
 
Tea was :sick: how boring jacket potato done in the oven with tin of WW small beans & bit of sweetcorn.....the only way a potato is interesting is if its loaded with butter :haha:

soo..no breakfast :dohh:

ww chicken tikka meal anda white wrap for lunch

so not to bad.......x

today has been okayyy

breakfast - fruit salad, cup of tea,
lunch - pasta and WW tuna sweetcorn and teaspoon of dairylea
dinner- chicken casserole with dumplings and 2slices of bread :dohh:

ive drank alot of water today though and exercised so i feel okay! swimming tomorrow! xx

the hairdresser when scissor crazy today
so i have VERY short hair, it was down to my
lower back and now it barely touches my shoulders

:cry: :dohh:

i've got hair from the 70's!
straightening and styling tomorrow i think

I lost 2lbs :) really happy seeing as I've had 2 days off!
